Blog 3: The Pandemic Uncertainty

How have you and your family coped with this quarantine? It is difficult to say how I have faced it with my family because during this time a lot of things have happened inside my home.  During the month of April 2020 we had covid, fortunately it was not so difficult to overcome it but it remains in the retina to know that no matter how much you take care of yourself this can reach your home because of unconsciousness, ignorance, social inequality, etc. Personally, the confinement opened childhood wounds because of the feeling of being locked up and not being able to get out. For a year it was very difficult to keep my heart strong. Now, at present, I am used to the confinement but it hurts me what is happening day by day. Can it be an opportunity to improve as a society? This is complex. I feel it can unite us by the support and fight to keep us stable and safe from contagion. For example, based on social inequalities and disgusting governmental measures, there have been raf...

BLOG 2: The Best Vacations

Image
Hello everyone I went to La Serena in 2019; it was one of the best vacations I can remember. My best friend and his girlfriend, along with her friends, invited me to join them. I went for a week and have no regrets. It was a huge house, something I never thought I would see in my life, it had 4 floors, a very nice garden and a swimming pool. One specific day we went to a restaurant to eat Ramen; I felt very happy for the company and the love of those who invited me but very painful to eat such a bad ramen. There were days when we played board games to the point of threatening our lives, for fear of losing the game. Every day was a surprise - we went out to discos, wore make-up, acted - everything tiny was wonderful. It was one of the vacations that I remem...

Hello everyone                                                                            (Mt. Fuji) I would like to visit Japan, someday. I like the way in which rural places maintain a connection with nature through visits to temples.  I know vaguely about the Edo and Meiji periods on a societal level. As far as urban cultures are concerned I have heard about the Bōsōzoku era, among others. (Studio Ghibli Logo) I would like to visit Mt. Fuji, also places that appear in Studio Ghibli movies, for example: Tomonoura, Yakushima Forest, Jiufen Village. And, if there is time left, to visit the places where one of my favorite bands "X Japan" was formed.  ( Jiufen Village) (X Japan early years days) Personally, I would like to just visit the country. I don't think it's a good place to live; it's ...
